Refunds & Exchanges

Ryder K will accept returns up to days 10 after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition and package.  We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the return/exchanged product.

Promotional items and any item purchased with an incentive code or coupon are not eligible for return or exchange, unless otherwise stated.

We cannot process return/refunds for items received as gifts.  Refunds & Exchanges can only be returned by the original purchaser.  

If the item was purchased as a gift, and the gift arrived damaged, the item can be exchanged by the recipient for the same item.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at  with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Please email for information on how to return merchandise.  Include your reason for the return and your order number.  Ryder K will reply with instructions on how to complete your return.
